New Year Resolutions with HM Sport

Happy New Year! As much as I love the holiday season, by the time January rolls around I’m always so ready to clear out Christmas, deep clean my house, and start the year fresh. While lots of people vow not to give into the cliche of New Year’s resolutions, I kind of love them; the chance to reflect and make a plan to do things better than the year past is totally welcome by me. So, when H&M got in touch to see if I’d like to try out and share their new sport line it couldn’t have been a better time. Scroll down to hear (and see!) more…

Health-wise my plans for 2016 aren’t unrealistic, just easy and intentional steps towards living a little healthier. I’ll be upping my intake of H20, fruits, veggies and whole grains, and making an conscious effort to get moving everyday; whether it’s a walk with the dog or dropping into a studio for a yoga class (and studio can totally mean sun salutations in the baby’s nursery, whatever works). I also plan on keeping up with my reiki sessions with Windsor Art of Healing – more info on that zen experience here.

H&M’s sportswear is ready for any of the workouts I decide to tackle in 2016, and it’s all adorable enough to take me from gym to coffee date or Sunday groceries. If you’re anything like me, once you get your hands on this line, you’ll be guilty of wearing it all day long, even if you have no intentions of breaking a sweat. It’s so easy to throw on, and probably the most comfortable way to get through your day (aside from pajamas in public). I’ve linked up a few of my favourite pieces below, along with some other products that’ll have you feeling the fitspo. I’m especially obsessed with the infuser for adding some much needed fruit flavour to my daily water quota. Hope you’re all feeling resolution ready!
