Today I’m sharing the easiest recipe for one of my go-to snacks, energy bites. They take 10 minutes to make and are perfect to pair with a smoothie for breakfast, as a sweet treat, and of course as grab and go source of energy! We make these all the time in our house, and they always go fast. I recommend doubling up the recipe and freezing half of your batch; they also taste so good straight from the freezer. Hope you love them!
