This past week, we decided to bundle up and hit our local pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins and soak up another golden Fall sunset. Even though we were nearing bedtime (always a tricky endeavor planning activities post dinner), Cohen had so much fun riding in the wagon and playing with all of pumpkins. As Christmas decorations start filling the stores (anyone else thinking “WTF?” and “YES!” at the same time?) I’m feeling a sense of urgency to fit in all the Fall activities we can. If you’re local, we visited the BOO patch (it’s on Manning Rd) and there’s so much to explore there – a haunted house, tons of decorations, and the owners were so sweet. Scroll down for a closer look at our night!
Hat: H&M (similar here, and investment option here) | Sweater: Club Monaco on sale! (budget friendly here, also love this, and this oversize crop) | Denim: FRAME (or save on this pair) | Cohen’s Hat and Skeleton Sweater: GapKids, Plaid Shirt: Joe Fresh
PS – I was recently sent this necklace from JQVancouver, and it’s been a staple ever since! I’m pretty picky with my jewellery; aside from pearl earrings, dainty rings, and my wedding rings, I usually can’t find anything that feels like me. These pieces are delicate and understated in design, but so shimmery they can’t help but catch your eye. If you’re looking for ultra wearable pieces that are modern but still pretty and feminine, visit them here. I’m swooning over their whimsical coffee pendant too, of course!
Ready to fill up on Fall activities before it’s all over? I’ve rounded up some of my favourite pieces to wear while you pick pumpkins, sip cider, and crunch through the leaves – and I’ve included picks for boys and babies too!
