2017 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale: For Real, What I’ll Buy

Every time the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale rolls around I’m excited but it gives me a bit of anxiety too because just SO many good things on sale! So many things I don’t need to buy but will probably want to buy. I did a little scan after the boys went to bed, practiced my self control and figured out what I actually need from the gigantinormous collection of Nordstrom Sale items. ‘Cause otherwise I’d just Add to Cart all the OTK boots and call it a day. Why are you so hard to resist though, fall footwear?

I broke my picks down into personal, and stuff for the little ones. Items I needed to say a little more about have a little shout out below too!

For Babies & Kids

B E S T (!!!) baby buy is 100 PERCENT The North Face “Buttery” fleece bunting. I had one for Cohen and Crew but could never find them in white, so this one is like the unicorn of my winter baby dreams. They go up to 24 months in size, are a breeze for the car seats in the cold months, and keep the kids crazy warm. Flip the hood up and you don’t even need to wrestle them to wear a hat. Swear.

Because Matching Ok so these adidas Tubular Shadow Knit Sneakers aren’t a need if I’m being honest but Jordan has a pair and matchy kicks with the babies is so cute it kind of warrants a just for fun buy. Only the kids & baby versions seem to be on sale though which is kind of a bummer. Added these Nike Dri-FIT Training Pants for Toddlers to my list too, again because there’s an optional matching adult version too.

Always Hunting for the perfect sippy cup and no luck yet. Going to try this New BOT sippy cup since the price is decent and see if it’s the one!

For Mama

Stock up on Zella Live-In High Waist Leggings : These leggings are my favourite; I literally love them more than my Lulu Lemon ones and the price is way (like way) cheaper so there’s that too.

Just Yes to the Corbin Slide Loafer : Going to pull the trigger on these for sure because 1. They’re nude 2. I need to stock my work wardrobe and 3. Any shoes I can slip on always become my favourites. Thinking they’ll be real cute with distressed denims too.

Versatile is my jam and this Bell Sleeve Sweater by Leith hits all the sweet spots. A little dressy, a little casual, neutral colour options. I’d wear it tucked in since I’m not crazy about the flare at the bottom but other than that I think it’s sweater perfection.

Now here’s hoping all of this is in stock when I get a chance to shop! Fingers crossed everyone gets their picks in time 🙂 Happy shopping girlfrands.

(* FYI, I haven’t sorted through the home sale for our new place yet, but some home picks I love in general are over on Studio Meld here today).
